Art Club roars into Fall 2012!

Students have been meeting weekly to discuss business, plan fundraisers, elect officers, create art projects, and prepare for community service opportunities.

Check back here for more updates on this busy group.
Students who are interested in joining Art Club are welcome.
Meetings are now on Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 in LCHS Rm 604.

School Board Appreciation Week project

Recently, Art Club and Visual Arts students created a banner to thank the School Board for their support of our programs. Great job! Thanks to all who contributed to the project. The banner was diplayed at the Liberty County Board of Education during School Board Appreciation Week in March.

The last meeting of the semester will be Tuesday, December 6. Students are encouraged to bring any holiday treats they would like to share. Also, painted ornaments can be made during this meeting. Please join us to finish out Fall semester with a bang!
